Just two minutes walk from the beach, this tranquil apartment is located right in the heart of trendy St Leonards with its beach cafes, art galleries and antique shops.

Space

Sunrise Penthouse is perfect for a romantic seaside escape or a family beach holiday. This light-filled apartment was created on the top floor of a Victorian townhouse. The ultra-modern roof terrace, accessed from the kitchen area, has unrivalled sea views stretching all the way from Hastings Castle to Beachy Head. The stylish modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washer- dryer. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. In addition to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles, there is a comfortable, single-sized, sofa bed in the living room.

There is plenty of free on street parking on St Margaret’s road and Magdalen Road just opposite the apartment. Please be aware there is 4 flights of stairs to the apartment.
